Cooking Lessons

I have taken a couple of Thai cooking courses at WEA over the past 12 months. The first was early 2005, with Yukiko Anschutz as instructor. Then in early 2006 Brenton Collas, Marc Mirza and I went to the 'Thai Take Two' course led by Lenny Leong. The structure of each course was the instructor demonstrated dishes on the first night, and in the next three weeks we prepared and cooked dishes from a set of recipes.
