Spicy Isaan Food

We went back to the beer garden on the second night and ate some Laap, Som Tam and Fried Chicken. The Som Tam was one of the spiciest dishes either of us have had for a long time. I asked for 4 chillis, and I think they added the 4 hottest chillis they could find.
