Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 100gm butter
- 2 1/2 cups rice bubbles
- 2 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 50gm copha
- 200gm cooking chocolate
Cooking Instructions
Make the chocolate coating: melt the copha and cooking chocolate together.
Mix peanut butter with melted butter and then mix in rice bubbles and icing sugar. Roll into balls and dip in the chocolate.
Leave the balls in the fridge to set.
